AWARD IN CANADIAN SHOPPING CENTRE COMPETITION
NEW YORK, September 24, 2014 – The International Council of Shopping Centers, (ICSC) in keeping with its long-standing tradition of recognising and honouring the shopping centre industry’s most cutting-edge, innovative solutions and creative responses to market trends, as well as outstanding examples of retail store design, announced its award recipients for the 2014 Canadian Shopping Centre Global Awards programs. As part of this exclusive shopping centre awards competition, ICSC is pleased to announce LIV Nail Bliss, Belleville, Ontario, has been awarded a 2014 Maple Leaf Silver Award in this annual awards competition. LIV Nail Bliss, the design attempts to offer a more downtown, fashion and lofty studio chic experience in a suburban style mall. The client touch points are all very clean and simple in order keep it relevant and less alienating to a mainstream clientele. With basic square details and white Formica offset the warm colours, higher-end quartz surfaces, and molded acrylic seating. This store is all about contrast and complement.
